What areas do you serve?

For deep cleans we travel up to two hours away with an additional travel surcharge.

Do I get to pick what day my reoccurring service happens?

Yes and no. If you need a certain day of the week and you give us an adequate heads up, we can adjust where we can to meet your needs. Unfortunately since we have such a large service area we are only in certain areas certain days of the week.

How long does a deep clean take?

We are typically in your home 6-8 hours. When you book a deep clean, you are that crew’s only job for the day and their sole focus.

Can we be home for our service?

We’re not kicking anyone out of their home. We do always give a heads up that during a deep clean we make a fair amount of noise and make quite a mess before we pull it altogether. The kitchen is out of commission for a majority of the time we’re there as well.

Do you come look at the house ahead of time?

No, we give you a quote based on the size and features of your home based on our questionnaire.

Can I schedule a clean for the weekend?

Weekends are typically reserved for realtors or people who are moving in/out of their home. They are never guaranteed and are solely based on staff availability.

Do I need to tip?

Tips are not required. We do from time to time have clients show their gratitude to our crews in the form of gratuity which is always appreciated.
